Celebrating Women's History Month!

March 03, 2025

March is Women's History Month, a time dedicated to honoring the incredible achievements of women around the globe. At Embolden Wealth Management we are proud to be a team of strong, intellectual women who contribute our unique talents and perspectives to everything we do.

This month especially, we want to take the opportunity to celebrate not only our collective accomplishments, but also the incredible individuals that make up our team.

Below, you'll find responses from each of our team members to a few questions, highlighting the women who inspire them and their advice to women everywhere.

What is your favorite part of what you do at Embolden Wealth Management?

Stephanie: WhenI first started my college coursework, I wanted to go into education and become a teacher. I truly love learning and acquiring new knowledge/skills, and I also enjoy helping others. This career path began as a happy accident, but the best part of my day is still where I find the most joy: educating others in areas where most people feel inadequately prepared and feeling fulfilled knowing I provided someone with the help they needed.

Wendy: My favorite part of being a part of the team at Embolden is being able to hang up the phone and feel that I was truly able to help someone, whether it be processing a transaction or answering a question.

Alyssa: What I love most about my job at Embolden Wealth Management is knowing that I’m genuinely making a difference by helping people plan for their future. Providing great client service is truly rewarding.

Tabitha: I appreciate the opportunity the role provides to gain and strengthen skills that can be applied to future opportunities.

Larisa: At Embolden Wealth Management, my greatest joy comes from providing our clients with a sense of reassurance and confidence, knowing they are in capable hands. I take immense pride in addressing any concerns with utmost diligence and always striving to exceed expectations.

Who is one woman who has inspired you in your life and why did she inspire you?

Stephanie: It is so difficult to select just one person! I feel there are several people who come to mind that have inspired me during different points in my life. One of those would be my mentor, Christine. Her perseverance to excel in her second career in a male dominated industry truly displayed strength and an incredible work ethic. She is someone who has profoundly impacted my life; part of who I am today is directly correlated to her mentorship, kindness, and generosity. Continuing to lead an all-female team is a tribute to her legacy.

Wendy: My mom is the person that has inspired me to do my best all of the time, to use my voice and taught me to have a strong work ethic.

Alyssa: My mom has always been a huge inspiration to me. Growing up, she balanced a career while raising a family as a single mom, showing me the importance of hard work and dedication. She taught me that I am enough and capable of achieving my dreams. Her constant belief in me gave me the confidence to believe in myself. Her resilience and strength continue to inspire me every day.

Tabitha: My mom is my inspiration for her resilience has taught me how to always keep going no matter the circumstances. The reward will always be worth it.

Larisa: One woman who has profoundly inspired my life is my beloved late grandmother. Through her example, she taught me the invaluable virtues of hard work and compassion. She showed me that a generous heart and a caring nature can make a significant difference in everything you do. Her wisdom and kindness continue to guide me every day.

What’s one piece of advice you have for women specifically?

Stephanie: Sometimes all your plans go amiss, and life takes you in a completely unexpected and different direction; you can view it as a failure or reframe it as a learning opportunity. Learn from the past, embrace what excites you, be authentically you, and allow your passion to lead you into the next chapter.

Wendy: My advice to any woman is you can do anything you wish if you work hard and aren’t afraid to ask for help with other responsibilities in your life.

Alyssa: Don’t let anyone intimidate you, especially in male-dominated industries. You are capable, and you should never let anyone make you feel otherwise.

Tabitha: Know and remember your Value & Self Worth, and never let anyone tell or make you think anything less.

Larisa: Invest in Self-Care: Take time for yourself and prioritize your well-being. A healthy mind and body are essential for sustained hard work and independence
